The original passport, photos and other documents of Haji must be submitted to our Registered office within a week of booking, if the haji available in India.
If the haji is out of India, then the original passport can be submitted to our registered office before 20 days from departure (in main group) and other documents, photos of Haji must be submitted to our registered office within a week of booking.
Inshallah we return the passports of foreign Haji's only after visa stamping, Time period for visa stamping is six working days (except Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Single Male must be above 40 years of age.
Single female must be above 45 years of age
Below 40 years males and Below 45 year’s females should be accompanied by Mahram and family relationship must be proved on the passports.
Male child below 18 years should be accompanied with a Male Mahram and Child above 18 years should be accompanied by Female Mahram.
Ladies cannot travel Alone without a Mahram.

If you travel other than program and / or Group Dates, individually and / or travel by private Taxi in Saudi Arabia you will incur and pay for additional transportation charge which is also subject to the Rules and Regulation of Ministry of Hajj, Saudi Arabia.

Any increase in the airfare that may come into force prior to the advertised scheduled journey, has to be made good by the pilgrims.
